βeta: For the crux it is all about getting your left hand as deep left in the jug as possible. Put the right foot in a bulge in the cracks and just push your left one against the wall. Next you need to reach up really high with the right hand and get your fingers in a shallow jam. When tall the crux is actually not so hard. | ||
