Expanse of sea cliffs offering some excellent middle to upper grade climbs.
Approach notes
Park sensibly near Dowlaw farm. Access from here. Descend by abseil or down precarious grassy banks.
Restricted Access
Bird Ban April-July.
| Routes under the castle are currently (I last visited Autumn 2004) pretty grotty, and will ideally need cleaning of vegetation and loose rock prior to an ascent. Either that, or expect a bit of an epic, as we recently found out... Great routes around the Souter area though... dan bailey - 06/Dec/04 |
