A pretty climbing area at the foot of the Findeln glacier with a fantastic panoramic view of the surrounding four thousand meter peaks. There are seven [now nine], up to 20m gneiss routes waiting for beginners and advanced climbers, who know how to appreciate the great atmosphere.
Approach notes
From the Blauherd top station take the trail to Restaurant Fluhalpe, past the Fluhalp hut to the climbing area (30mins from Blauherd top station). The crag lies at the far eastern end of a grassy plain (5-10mins from Restaurant Fluhalpe). GPS coordinates: 629480 / 95950.
