This crag currently consists of 3 sectors above the village of Kettlewell. The southern most, Zeppelin Buttress is furthest left, above a scree slope and woodland. This has a wall composed of good rock in its upper two thirds though with a brittle band low down. This means the bolt placements are sometimes high on the starts of routes so a clip-stick may be found useful here.
Sector Sixty Four is further north and clearly visible above the parking lay-bys. This has a clean wall of compact rock above a steep hillside but with a pleasant flat base at the foot of the routes. Access is only viable from above via a wide gully protected by a fixed via ferrata-style cable.
The Many Colours Sector is 50 metres further right but with less room at the base of the crag so care needs to be taken at the foot of the routes. Traversing below and between these two sectors is not recommended so gain access from above via another cable protected gully.
The climbs have been well cleaned and, apart from the possibility of loose holds, present the most solid sections of the edge. Between the climbing areas ( or occasionally between climbs) there are loose sections and any further development should be undertaken with care. Please approach as described and be aware that there is a footpath and road below.
The crags are all east-facing and quick drying benefitting from sunlight in the mornings. A 40m rope is sufficient along with 10 clips.

Parking for several cars can be found in a lay-by on the east side of the B6160 approximately 400m before Kettlewell when heading north. A short distance up the road towards Kettlewell there is a gate and footpath. For all Sectors follow the branch going up the hill southwards for 300m until Zeppelin Buttress comes into view on the scar above. From a little further on scramble up the hillside to the crag. For both upper sectors continue, counterintuitively, along the gently rising footpath for about another 400 metres until the open hillside above the crags and tree-line is reached. Turn right and follow a flat path through an open gateway to a stile in the next wall. Cross this and turn right heading for a cairn above the cliff edge. The descent gully is just below this. Another smaller cairn 50m north marks the descent to Many Colours Sector.
