βeta: When your partner doesn\'t want to follow you and you want to retrieve quickdraws. You can retrieve them up to the chain in the middle of the route by being abseiled down and and clipped to your partner\'s rope and pulling it. Then you have to get rope through chain where this chain becames you new anchor and you have to be lowered down. And then you have to climb first part of the route up to this chain collecting remaining quickdraws and finish with chain as your only anchor. Complicated but tested. | βeta? | |
