Route lies on buttress left of "Red Comb" Chimney system. Starting below a obvious square cut, right facing, corner/ramp.
1. Climb the corner. Normally a thin veneer of ice. Exit awkwardly at the top bypassing a large, protruding spike of granite. (Dubious as a runner). Continue with interest up the buttress above until the terrace of "Red Comb" is reached. 30m. Big block belay.
2. The easy wall behind the terrace exiting round onto the North face finishes at the top of the buttress. An alternative finish would be to finish up the normal scramble route up via the gully/ corner on the right.
