A minor outcrop (9m high) sporting a couple of esoteric desperates, Heaven Can Wait and Chocolate Swastika a couple of graunchy cracks and a squeeze chimney.
Good rock but unfortunately, due to the tree cover and a lack of traffic because of the access situation, the routes are lichenous and green. Unlikely that you will be seen whilst climbing here, keep a low profile anyhow.
From Rivelin Edge, head west along the A57 until a cafe is passed on the right (The Cabin). Park near here, then walk back down the road for about 100m. The buttress is in the trees on the left.
