Follow the line of tiny right-facing corners to the upper slab. Pull up onto it then finish up the runnels and cracks as for The Tortoise. © Rockfax
UKC Logbook Description
Rockfax is wrong and has confused the lines. Birthday Boy climbs the wall c.5m right of the crescent flake of Tortoise, and immediately left of the groove/shallow corner (Pre-Election Tension). Birthday Boy is climbed via thin cracks and crozzles, with delicate footwork but good gear. Continue up the upper slab via the runnel crack of Tortoise. E1 5b.
