Approach notes
Hen Tor is pretty isolated and a resonably long approach, the best option would be to park just off Cadover Bridge and approach as for the Trolesworthy Tor's, then a mile & a half walk from the Trolesworthy Hen Tor.
Alternatively you can park as for Gutter Tor and walk along the road to Dittsworthy Warren House. Then make your way across the moor and up the hill to the Tor.
