petegunn 24 Jul, 2011 Lead The peregrine's may have left but the smell hasn't!! A gorgeous day and a very scenic venue. Biked in, mostly all down hill on the way back :)

iceicebaby 1 Apr, 2009 2nd O/S We started out on what we thought was a Diff...with a plan to join this route higher up if the gear looked good (the lower part of it was a bit green and mucky looking today!) But ended just taking the slabs direct (not much gear) and then drifted right to take the headwall direct (next to arete on the right). Possibly a new route as the line is not in the guidebook? Headwall = steep and fingery, we think possibly HVS 5a? Actually pretty nice and the rock was among the cleanest on that face.

allmag 6 Jul, 1989 Lead O/S Was HS when we did it. Very atmospheric day: swirling mist, our voices echoing off the crag. First section quite bold, I got no gear in for a long way. Hand traverse out right a hoot and gear, at last. Another Northumberland classic.
