Rockfax Description
One of Buttermere's most popular routes; but no pushover. Start from a ledge reached by an easy scramble. Traverse right above the overhang and climb the difficult central crack-line that eases towards the top. A fine combination is to move right to join Close Shave after the initial difficult crack on Samson at E1 5b. © Rockfax
