Crag features
Offers some respite from the crowds of the Valley, due to the longer walk-in. Fine views across the gully to Upper Cathedral Spire, and great outlooks from the top. Some classic mid-grade adventures.
Approach notes
Trailhead and parking just east of the road junction to El Cap meadows. Follow the climbers trail through the woods and then up confusing scree and fallen trees. Look for little cairns or flat-topped trunks. >1hr
