Climbs 1
Rocktype Artificial
An urban crack venue on the underside of the new slipway at Ilfracombe harbour. The gaps between concrete blocks offer roof crack climbing at various hand sizes. The main downside to all the cracks here is that the pitch of the slipway can cause painful pressure on the downhill wrist. A combination of padding and shuffling hands technique can get around this.
Parking available at Ilfracombe Habrour. Approach via main path, down past the Lime Kiln Cafe and onto the beach. Only fully accessable around low tide.
