Crag features

http://www.isle-of-man.com/sport/climbing/index.htm is a really useful site. Most of the crags are slate and shale seacliffs but there are small outcrops of basalt, limestone and sandstone. The climbing is generally traditional and adventurous. For more information or to report new routes try http://www.manxclimbing.freeserve.co.uk. [James Karran 5/02]

Approach notes

Note that you'll have to get there! Air flights are one possibility, or ferries from Liverpool, Heysham, Belfast and Dublin.
The crags are well spread around the coastline and a car is vital to make the most of a trip
