Possible first ascent. On the skyline buttress (or call it Besparmak Buttress?), east of the Besparmak Trail at the col, so needs a new sector. Approach from parking at the zig zags at 200m altitude, SW of Karsiyaka village (go past the turning for the monastary for half a mile). When looking up the Besparmak trail towards the col overlooking the monastery (but from the other side to the monastery), this is the obvious ridgeline to the east. Start at the toe of the ridge by a tree. Follow the easiest line up the arete, turning any difficulties on the left. Eases after 4 pitches. Descent by abseil left to the col after pitch 5 at a flattening with threads.
