Shady, slabby bolted climbing. 27 routes up to 5.9, 33 5.10s, 22 5.11s, 4 5.12s. Gets busy at the weekends.
Approach notes
Take the bus bound for Kamiyato from Hon-Atsugi station and get off at Kotakuji Onsen atop (by a 7-Eleven). Walk 15 minutes to the hot springs entrance, continue up the road and through a forest gate on the left for 5 minutes. There is a small climbing area right by the road on the left - a trodden path leads down to the rights and across a small stream to the foot of the slabs.
