Easy to reach, sunny, windy crag. It is at the top of the hill overlooking Borgone di Susa, just below the big aerial spot. It combines slabs, crack and small overhangs on a perfect gneiss rock with low and intermidiate grades. This carachteristics made this crag a popular spot also among the beginners. "La Sentinella" is known since the 80s, but it has been finally equipped as a sport crag by Stefano Lacastellana in 2017. In the last few years it has become known also for its beginner and and not-so-beginner green-point possibilities, which link cracks and feature widely across the sport routes.
From Borgone di Susa, take the road for "Frazione Gandoglio" and follow it up to the parking spot below the aerial hill's top. From the park walk towards the aerial a few meters then take a track on the right descending a few meters. Soon, at a fork, stay on the left and traverse to reach the crag from the left.
