Crag features

The crag is nestled in the forest which provides some protection from the sun although, as the guide book indicates, it does get hot in the afternoon and is great for late afternoon/evening climbing.

It is a popular crag with groups at peak times due to one section of low grade climbs. Although there is plenty for everyone with 78 climbs graded from 4 to 8a+ and includes multi-pitch climbs aswell. Good quality rock with great access. Keep an eye out for the lizards - they like to hide in juggy holds!

Approach notes

This crag is well hidden in the forest and about a 15 minute walk in downhill from the carpark. It is signposted from the road running from Le Biot to Col de Corbier and can be seen from the road if you are driving uphill. You can park anywhere on the gravelled area and walk down to the left and into the forest - follow the path across the river and to the crag.
