Begins by climbing the small pinnacle in the centre of the South Face in 3 pitches. A 40m abseil and a short traverse leads to the second part of the climb; a further 5 pitches to the east summit of Le Rouchon. (Either part of this route could be done on its own as the abseil returns you to the base of the crag.)
