βeta: To help people going to this wall for the first time, what is described here is not the original line. The original line comes in from the left, below the roof, to join Sara's Wall. After climbing the mid-height roof (shared with Sara's Wall), EOTH then follows the bolted line on the left. At the time of this comment (6/9/2020) the lower wall of EOTH is not retro-bolted (the two bolts you can see are from the original route?). The first line of bolts on the left of the wall (apart from the HVS corner), starting from the ground is Sarah's Wall, that climbs to the half way roof and heads right. This is fully bolted. The next line of bolts on the right from the start of Sara's Wall is The Ormesman. This is bolted all the way until it joins Sarah's Wall and finishes the same as that. The next line of bolts to the right is Another Clip in the Wall, 7a+ that has a lower off after the birdy break 3/4 of the way up the wall. There is one more line of bolts to the right of ACITW that is a Dave Lyon project. | βeta? | |
