Sit Start around the middle/right of the Minging Cave. (1 or 2 metres right of "Safer Surfing").
On the back wall of the cave, which is generally quite flat, there's a section which can be crimped. From a sit start on these crimps, do a quite powerful move up to grab the large crimp on the right up on the "shelf" of the cave.
Left hand slap to the sloper out left, before working up through the roof via a hanging rock in the ceiling, from here find sharp jugs on the headwall to top out.
