Bendcrete boulder about 3m high. Lots of sit starts, good friction, soft(ish) landings. Many faces and features, including a small, but perfectly formed jamming crack.
In the park to the left of golf course, by adventure playground.
A fair range of grades. Good fun. Plenty of obvious lines and easy to make up more interesting eliminates. It's right next to a children's play area so you get the occasional wave of kids climbing The Steps and standing on the top for a photo. But its a good excuse for a rest on a rock with a flask of coffee :) Well worth a visit if your in the area. I might give The Crack a clean if I go again soon. Its a bit dusty atm. j616s - 23/Oct/16 |

Boulder is in a good condition, on some places is an unknown liquid so I'm working on removal of this. There is some rubbish around sometimes, but overall it a good place to climb. I will be here for next two and half months, so I'll take care of the maintenance. I climb here every evening. marcelklimes - 22/Jun/14 |

Is the boulder still there and if so in what kind of condition? It's directly in the path of one route I can cycle home, thought it might be worth a drop in every now and then now it's lighter in the evening. muldydoona - 03/Apr/13 |

went down this eve to check it out as its 5 mins from my house and i never knew it existed! worth a wonder down on a evening if your stuck for ideas. lots of very good sit start ideas, but a lot of jug pulling and its a bit short. all in all worth a play every now and again timwallsweller - 22/Sep/11 |
