The crag divides roughly into four parts - South Face, Sun Wall, the Nose Area and the North Face.
The North face is a "mini Yosemite" with multi-pitch hard aid routes - excellent descriptions can be found here http://www.southeastclimbing.com/routes/routes_north_carolina.htm#lg_north_face
The Nose is the source of the 'Glass's "eyebrows" - delicate step up, convert to undercling, delicate step up... repeat, as well as some aid routes. The free climbs are trad with the occasional bolt.
The Sun Wall is steeper, mult-pitch climbs
The South Face is mostly single pitch trad climbs with occasional bolt protection
