Lydbrook Recreation ground retaining wall, opposite the Jovial Colliers pub.
A number of boulder-type problems. Fairly steep, and well pointed, you'll need to seek out weaknesses to get up.
Using drainage holes is cheating!
None that I'm aware of. It's on a public footpath, by the side of the road. The wall is presumably owned by the village football club. You'll get the locals watching from the pub, but no problems over the number of months it took me to work the problems.
