Creag An-Eoin is located on the northeast side of Maoladh Mhicearraig overlooking the Bealach Eòrabhat, in the glen which provides a though route from one side of the island to the other. The glen runs south of and parallel to the A859 from where the cliff can be seen in the vicinity of the Luskentre turn-off before the road starts to climb towards Tarbert.
On the west side of the causeway at the head of Luskentyre sands, and at the road sign for Seilebost, turn off the A859 onto an old loop road. It is possible to drive along this to park next to Loch Carran but the road is not in the best condition. Follow the track up the east side of Loch Carran then Loch a' Bhealaich to the Bealach Eòrabhat.
