10m. This may or may not be the same as one of the other listed climbs... The main surface meltwater stream has carved a huge canyon which is at its biggest between the first and second bends in the glacier (heading up stream from the ladders). approximately level with the new start to the Envers ladders this canyon narrows to vertical/overhanging walls on both sides approximately 10m high, giving ample opportunity to set up multiple top ropes giving a huge variety of climbs. slabs, walls, runnels, aretes and wildly overhanging sections can all be accessed by absail, or potentially walking into the canyon from lower down. this is best climbed in autumn or early winter when the canyon is dry, but not yet filled with snow. climbing in summer may be possible in some sections, but you would likely get wet!
