Start 2m right of Taxing Macphee at an obvious vertical crack. Climb this to join the original route where the crack runs out. Climb as for the original route (bold) to the ledge (possible belay).
Where the 2nd pitch of the original route goes up and right, continue straight up the flake system then wall to a break, then go up and slightly right to an obvious jutting out nose. Climb past this on the left then climb directly up the wall on small crimps (bold) to easy ground then the top. Can be done in 2 pitches as for the original route but is better as one sustained 55m pitch.
