From Cheval Blanc going south, 2:30hs. The route can be tricky in winter with lots of snow. Point du Genévrier should be pass on the left if there is a dry pass (or if you have crampons) or otherwise ovided on the right, going down slowly and then sharply back up.
The hard section at the end, that seems impossible for a walker from far away, is protected by metal cables and it is not that complicated when you are on it but it requires a bit of agility. This section is relatively short and no via ferrata equipment is needed.
