From the Pelvoux Refuge. Follow the same approach as the Coolridge Couloir, continue to the Col E du Pelvoux. Start at the bottom of a prominent chimney on the western arête. Climb 3 pitches, cross the snow patch, then a further 6 pitches to reach the ridge, then follow the ridge to the summit of Pointe Puiseux. Descent via the Roches Rouches or Coolridge Couloir. The rock is very loose, especially on the top pitches. There is the occasional piton to aid route finding, but they are of variable quality. There is a good route description on camp to camp and in the Pelvoux Refuge.
