Collection of short moorland grit butresses, with a great view over a quiet valley to the southern edges of Kinder.
Approach notes
Park at the top of Maynestone rd, head towards Hayfield and take the track on the opposite side of the road, follow it past an active quarry to a T junction of tracks and a gate straight ahead onto the Pennine Bridleway, follow this to the saddle in the ridge. The main crag is right/south from here, Lonesome area is left/NW.
Approach time 15mins.
