UKC

450m, 10 pitches. 3 stars for stunning exposure and vistas as you climb into Valhalla to peer through the valleys of kananaskis county

The climbing is pretty mixed, a lot of scrambling with sections of quality technical climbing mixed. The quality of the climbing does improve as your progress up the rock, but be warned that the quality of rock doesn't. A steady head is required for the leader as you will face 10-20m run out sections three higher up the climb on loose rich that could come away at anytime coupled with the inspiring exposure that comes with climbing a rib 3-400m from base.

This is a long Day, with an approach and descent taking 1.5-2 hours. But the fun doesn't stop at the top. As you will need to descend 2 abseils. The latter being a 45m free hanging abseil into a void
