Perched high on the southern slopes of Murton Pike, this single steep limestone wall banded by overhangs occupies a prominent position overlooking the Upper Eden Valley.
Park at the car park at the foot of the fellside.
All in situ gear aside from the two anchor stakes at the top is now gone, many routes are overgrown and there is a lot of loose rock anywhere past the initial wall and overhang. However, these points aside, the view is excellent and the climbing enjoyable. IPlaceBoltsAtStanage - 26/May/23 |

Superb outlook over the Eden Valley, gets the sun nearly all day. Worth a visit for the middle grade climber. The routes are fairly solid but as with most limestone venues, some care is needed with the rock, especially the top out. Threads where replaced in 2009. petegunn - 03/Jun/14 |
