From a sit start in the middle of the cave, with the left undercutting a pocket and right on an edge. Pull up and make a series of big slap moves up okay holds until you can get your right in the small good pocket in the middle of the wall. Make a hard lock off on this to get your left up, via an intermediate edge, to a good slope edge and then the top.
