North Doonies Yawn North Wall © Neil Morrison
Narrow inlet with some good trad routes and DWS. The North Wall gets lots of sun so can often be in good condition. The south wall has some great DWS that are relatively short and all bar Rufus are above deep water. If you want to avoid the scramble approach, a short swim from the seaward end of the North Wall gets you across the inlet. You can do something on most tides however a low tide makes Jerry Light's Traverse easier. The south wall can be a bit greasy so ideally take some low humidities (<75%) and a breeze with you.
