Small conglomerate outcrops in the popular Ord Hill woods.
Follow the blue circular route anticlockwise for 1.3km, the crag is just above the path, you can't miss it. A bike makes the approach very quick.
Alternatively start clockwise on the red route and continue direct over the hill where this turns left. Continue direct, dropping down steeply on a vague path to turn left at a good path then left at the circular track.
It's an amazing slab! But not along the red route, it's along the circular route.
It isn't a sport climb there aren't any visible anchors, just bouldering. TomLyth - 31/May/23 |
