Gain the top of the large flake by climbing up the left side of the arete bounding the right edge of its front face (the alternative start to White Wall). Move left 3m (crossing the crack of Cough Drop) to the opposite end of the flake and climb the left side of the wall directly above the obvious spike/undercut (just right of the ivy) to the next ledge by a good fingery sequence (crux). Mantle onto this, move right slightly and join Cough Drop below its finishing crack and follow this finishing direct through the roof left of the prow (good tree belay). Quite run out in its lower half.
