Situated in a gully alongside the road up towards Gaustatoppen, this area has become quite popular due to its simple access and a high concentration of easy-to-moderate icefalls. The shadowy location high above the valley floor ensures stable conditions for the most of the season. The icefalls here can get really fat and continue to grow throughout the whole season. The area is often used for courses at weekends so it can get very crowded. Some pitches in the gully exceed 30m so be prepared to make a double-rope abseil to get back down.
There are also two bolted mixed routes to the left of the approach, both of around M7.
This crag is also known as Svinerovien.
Approach time: 10 mins
