If you plan to do the E5s then take sling to lower off after the first pitches and save the faff of walking round.
Take the first of these, just before it ends there is very limited parking available by (but not blocking) a gate on the right.
Routes on the left side of the Zawn are tidal. Routes to the right of Prodigal's Return all start on non tidal ledges.
Note Nesting Restrictions apply on a few routes between 1st April to 31st July (see BMC RAD and or CCG Lleyn)
Alterntaively use google maps to get you to the turning for Tir Glyn Caravan Park (postcode LL53 8DA).
Park in the tarmac lay-by just passed the caravan park. However, be prepared for a much longer walk-in.
For parking at Bryn Poeth farm, please ask for permission from the farmer to park on the triangle of land.
Dates: 1 February to 31 July
Reason: Nesting Birds
Restrictions Apply to Rachabite's Rest, Nereid nad Pigs Might Die.
I don't think the rock here is Dolerite, more like Cilan Grit. a lakeland climber - 11/Mar/14 |
