1150m. A good coastal traverse. East to West. Probably best attempted as a dws traverse. Theres sections of actual soloing, but can always be swam. Take walking shoes too

Start scrambling east from Lantic bay. soon you're crossing gullies by a mix of DWS and just plain soloing. Aim to reach a large platform at the south of the headland at low tide. Cross a couple more trickier gullies, on great rock, to end up above Quadruple overhang Zawn (photo). This would be very hard to traverse at water line, so swim, or solo / lead across the top of it on a narrow traverse line with loose rock (HVS 4b?).
Now pass through the cave to Grim reefer wall, and continue more easily until reaching a cove with a long striated wall. This provides a great deep water solo on good rock, the 6b+ bit, and best at around 1-2 hours after low tide. The crux is a sketchy downstep over a zawn. There's now an exit path up the ridge to the coast path.
