45m, 2 pitches. Starts at the very toe of the clean buttress some way to the right of Penmaen-bach arete and immediately after the steep, broken rock. A delightful route. The rock is sound throughout and the holds almost always positive. From the toe, trend right to a ledge (20m, 2 belay bolts if pitching it). Otherwise, continue up a short wall to the upper part in a very fine position. Find 2 bolts to belay on the top. To escape, go up a little and walk off easily right to descend through an oak tree or continue to scramble easily up to join Penmaen-bach Arete. Take a couple of long slings for the belay.
