Fantastic mutlipitch slab venue in the valley of the Torrents des Glaciers with brilliant views of the Aiguille des Glaciers, amazing alpine plant life and an abundance of solid rock providing absorbing slab climbing.
Approach notes
From Bourg-Saint-Maurice, follow the signs to the Cormet de Roseland, continue up the road and take the turning towards Les Chapieux. At the small hamlet drive through and park somewhere the other side of the buildings.
From the main parking area, its around a 15 minute walk up the road before you take the path to the bottom of the crag. The road up the valley is closed during the summer months, however there is a shuttle bus from Les Chapieux running every 30 mins or so. (€5 return)
No Access Issues
During the peak summer, the road to the bottom of the crag is closed to public cars. You can get the navette or park at the hamlet and walk the rest of the way.
