The ridge starts at a subsidiary summit of 2,721m between Pic Quazemi and Pic du Canigou.
A ridge that gets sharp in places, but with good holds in those places. Occasional loose rock. One significant down climb pitch of about 5m (III+) - this is on the South side of the ridge to avoid a more difficult crest at a gendarme. Climb out of the notch below the gendarme (III).
30m rope ample for the traverse. Occasional bolts. Slings essential and a set of nuts can be useful.
