Crag features

Secteur Finale was equipped for a competition in 1994; climbs there follow overhanging tufas, as do those at Devers. Bichon Fute consists of fingery slabs and walls. Abraxas has very steep, difficult routes, Mur Bleau and Petit Gibus consist of walls, grooves and some overhangs.
Most routes tend to be single pitches up to 30 metres long, although there are some 2nd pitches/extensions.

Approach notes

Park at the entrance to the car park for "Grottes de Choranche". The footpath ascends towards the obvious cliffs from just opposite an antenae (15 mins).
