All pitches now equipped with chains and shortened to (presumably) let you ab off on a single 60m rope. Now, 7 pitches in total not including the top out pitch going through the big smooth water runnel.

βeta: Good route. Limited info for access and abseil location. Nicely bolted all the way. We were expecting 5 pitches from the Mani Nude guide book, however it now has 8 to reach the actual top, with 7 for the main route. We did all 8 and aimed for the original abseil location just up and across to the left near a tree to drop down near the other route ‘Le Sanglier’. An exposed abseil, but a really good experience. The other UKC notes suggest the updated belay/ anchor locations on the route may allow for an abseil back down the way you come up. An enjoyable outing all the same. | βeta? | |
