This is a variation on Pitch 1 of Wall End Climb. Start 1m left of the parent route, directly beneath the oak tree half-way up the pitch. Climb straight up the slab (thinnish to start) to the large niche below the tree. Step right onto the slab and continue straight up it. Surmount a short wall to the belay ledge.
