Rocktype Slate
Altitude 14m a.s.l
Rough sand beach with plenty of rock on either end. Lots of the rock is either flakey or a bit wet from the sea, but a few good bits are scattered amongst it. Some areas many not be accessible at higher tides.
The beach is accessed 30 minutes away from Looe using the SW Coast path. Quite hilly on the approach. From the coast path, there is a gated path down to the beach via added steps. For slightly closer parking, park at the Hendersick National Trust Carpark which is free and take the steep footpath down to the SW Coastpath.
