Right of Cross the Rubicon buttress, scramble over large boulders below this to reach a small buttress slightly lower than the highest buttress, and hidden by trees .This buttress is close to a bank on its left with a obvious arete close to the edge of the bank. Then a left facing flake and offwidth crack near the middle. With a flat base .
Sit start left of the off width crack. Sit start right hand flowstone sidepull, left hand flowstone pinch . Pull into the flowstone groove climb into big flowstone sloper with fingery moves to reach jug rail to finish. Both aretes and thread hold near right arete are not used.
