SDS. Eliminate. Start in the pair of large juggy pockets towards the right of the east face with feet on the good rail, and make a huge leftwards sideways dynamic move to a decent edge. Use the original pocket as a foothold, combined with a small hidden pocket below to make a lunge for the top.
