At least one of the house owners below the crag claims to own the land up to the foot of the cliff and one (who owns only the land below Good Day Sunshine and Sunset on the Sage) has indicated that he does not wish to allow climbing. Land registry entries are ambiguous about the upper boundaries of the properties. To avoid issues approach discreetly and climb quietly. If confronted, be polite and leave if requested.

An interesting route with good moves up the rib 'n wall just R of Winter Warmer. Follow the rib via a tricky section to a ledge slightly above and R of that at the overlap on Winter Warmer. Surmount the overlap above the L end of the ledge and continue directly to the R end of the handrail of Winter Warmer. Continue up the wall R of Winter Warmer on crimps to fingerholds in a thin break. Reach R to a flatty and finish directly to the first lower off of Winter Warmer.
