Crag features
An interesting limestone 'lump' that has been quarried extensively in the past. Faces all directions giving sun and shade at all times of the day. Quite a lot of easier slabby routes on the West and South faces; the shady North face is a different proposition with a load of '7's. You can't get much more 'roadside' than this either!
Approach notes
From the main road at Modane cross the river and follow signs to Villarodin - Bourget. As you approach the village overhanging the roundabout is the North face of Amoureux. Ample parking and picnic facilities, toilets, swings, see-saw just past the crag. So civilised......
